| A: | Is that how it seems? No, we are simply pursuing our common-sense policy of publishing only gigs that are confirmed at the time we update the page. We know there are tickets for other shows already on sale, and have no reason to doubt the bona fides of the promoters in question: as usual, however, we are not advertising such gigs until the band's management (with whom we confer daily on this matter) confirms that they really are contractually secure. Negotiations can fall through – as we've already seen this year, in fact. As soon as a gig is finalised, we'll have the details, and we'll pass them on to fans: the more the merrier. |
