Californian Palers have been enjoying local gigs by the band Lickerish (who, as Apeneck, shared the stage at BB King's Club in July 2003 with the Palers' Band). They're playing original rock and classic blues again today, September 10, at the Blue Café, 210 Promenade, Long Beach, 562-983-7111:  from 8:00 – 9:00 pm (followed at 9:30 by a CD release party for the rock band Neverwonder, and at 11:30 by Queen Nation reprising Queen's greatest hits!). You and your friends can get in cheap by printing off as many of these discount vouchers as you wish.
