Ten years today – in the teeth of Britain's crippling petrol strike – fans from all across the world gathered to play Procol Harum music together, on the eve of Procol's first concert of the new Millennium. Amazing how many of those who met at this event are still in close touch ... spare a thought for those who are no longer with us ... . Enjoy looking back at a selection of pages: here, here (which is referred to in the Well's on Fire credits, and alludes to yesterday's Dingo bulletin), here and here (and remember what tiny pictures digital cameras took in those days), here and here (see what was played and by whom), here (a witty appraisal), here (the first appearance of the now-ubiquitous One-Eye on our pages) and here ('Sousa Sam and the Christian Scientists', anyone?)
