The case will be heard in Court 56 before Mr Justice Blackburne. We understand that Gary has arranged for a keyboard to be present but Procol fans will of course recognise that the hearing is not a performance: admirers of Fisher / Brooker will best serve the interests of justice by staying away, and respectfully giving both musicians – and their legal representatives and advisors – the necessary space to arbitrate this issue. BtP will do its best to relay official pronouncements, as and when available.
