will be heard in

before Mr Justice Blackburne.
We understand that Gary has arranged for a keyboard to be present but Procol fans will of
course recognise that the hearing is not a performance: admirers of Fisher / Brooker
will best serve the interests of justice by staying away, and
respectfully giving both musicians – and their legal representatives and
advisors – the necessary space to arbitrate this issue. BtP will do its best to
relay official pronouncements, as and when available.
