This is the official bootleg from the Rhythm Kings' 1998 European Tour, and very good it sounds too. It's on Ripple (Wyman's own label) RIPCD 001.
Gary Booker [sic!] has the lion's share of the vocals and there is some excellent playing all round. The drumming is by Procoler, Graham Broad.
The CD is available at Bill Wyman's 'Sticky Fingers' in London (early August 2000 Bevery Peyton tells us that Bill Wymann has now sold 'Sticky Fingers' - we don't know if they still sell this CD), and it has been on sale at recent European gigs. Jens visited Sticky Fingers in London late August 2000 and the CD was indeed at sale. For 15 Pounds sterling you even get a copy signed by Bill Wyman. The waiter told us that Bill Wyman had not sold out his shares in the restaurant, but that he had sold a minor part of his shares. "In fact he was in here this morning" he added.
Shine On has arranged to add it to its excellent merchandise list, so that Palers beyond Europe will have a chance to catch up with Gary's latest endeavours and hear what all the Rhythm Kings fuss has been about.
