Jim Krapf writes to BtP about this record from his Procol collection:

There is no label name, but a Fly is pictured inside a Cube. It is 'Made in Holland' with no date and is part of a series that also includes: Eric Clapton, An assortment of groups from Capricorn Records, Joe Cocker and Golden Earring, as the foldout interior describes. There is a concert picture of Procol on the front cover, inside and back with Gary Brooker, Chris Copping, Alan Cartwright, Mick Grabham and BJ Wilson performing.
