Our correspondent Frank Andolina remembered this concert as having taken place in 1971; Frans Steensma, however, offers the following correction: '15 April 1971 was a Thursday, not a Saturday; 15 April 1972 though was indeed a Saturday. Procol toured with Ten Years After in April 1972, but they played The Massey Hall in Toronto, Canada (support Cactus) on 15 April 1971'.
The strange thing is the concert doesn't show up on the Ten Years After website.

'Best concert I ever saw: Virginia Beach Civic Center, USA. Great venue, maybe 2,500 maximum. Seats was $4.50– opening, The Eagles on their first US tour.
Procol opened with Shine on Brightly, closed with In Held. Encore was Repent, and they also played Whiter Shade, Piggy Pig Pig, Whaling Stories, Quite Rightly So, and A Salty Dog. (thanks, Litt)
