Thanks from the family for a wonderful start to the Appeal

Hi everyone at ‘Beyond the Pale’

This is George, married to the first cousin of Pat Edelist, ‘Mrs One-Eye’ as you call her.

When we found out that Al’s affairs were in a desperate state, I started an Online Giving Fund to help Pat and daughter Sydney. But nobody knew who I was, and understandably the response was pretty well zero.

But since Pat explained her sad situation, in the pages of ‘Beyond the Pale’, a whole lot of Allen’s friends and associates have stepped up and generously dipped into their pockets – and we are touched and delighted to see the total edging up towards 1,200 bucks already.

On behalf of the Edelist family I’d like to send my deepest thanks out to all of you for this wonderful start, and hope you and your friends can find it in your hearts to keep the total climbing towards the goal of 5,000 USD, in One-Eye’s memory.  

Yes, a crazy guy, who lived – and gave – in the moment … SO kind of all you Procol Harum fans not to leave his widow in a crazy situation as well. We really appreciate your help more than I can say.
