Like Geoff's previous Italian outing (click here) this concert is organised by flautist Franco Taulino from the band Beggar's Farm. On the previous occasion Geoff was special guest alongside Martin Barre, Clive Bunker 'and a few other reprobates' as he now puts it; this time he has been invited back solo, as 'The Turn'. After Beggar's Farm have played their set he will join them (guitar, vocal) for an hour or so of music he has selected himself, comprising 'Good rock through the ages' ... tunes by Jethro Tull, The Who, Deep Purple, Hendrix and of course a healthy handful of Procol Harum classics. Should be an extremely enjoyable early Christmas present for any fan of Procol Harum -- or indeed good classic rock music in general.
