The band was formed by Søren Borello after the experience of playing with the Palers' Band at Lejre in August 2006; they played at Procol's 40th in 2007

Søren writes: 'The room was full and people were so excited about what they heard giving us standing ovations. They had never expected that we could play that music so well. I told the story about how Procol Harum were created 41 years ago. Poul told the story about our own band – how we started - about the Palers – about our trip to London and about the meeting with Dave Ball and about how we as a band got the opportunity to play a song for Procol Harum themselves. Then Poul presented our band while I was playing the intro to Grand Hotel. The concept was that we should play examples from all [almost!] Procol's releases.'
