Bengt writes: 'As being from Sweden I still am a little curious why PH so often bypasses Sweden. Lund, Gothenburg and Stockholm in 1992 and Helsingborg November 2003. As I can see it these are the Swedish tour dates in the last decades (but see here for 2007!). On this tour it was Helsinki, Oslo and four times Denmark. However I got what I needed: lots of quiver down my spine. By the way, it was me who waved my hand through the window to Jens at the Dan Airport Hotel on Saturday morning. I love the website and I have a look at it nearly every day. Keep up the good work.

By this stage of the tour, Josh was in the Copping position, centre, upstage, elevated
