Editorial: Diane Rolph & John Grayson

FIRSTLY, our apologies, as it's been some time since a Shine On dropped on your doormat. Since you last heard from us, Diane has become a grandma (still seeing a therapist!) and has been looking after grandson Samuel, now six months, since her daughter Louise returned to work.

John and Christine Grayson have become parents for the third time - baby Martha Kate Grayson, born on Sunday 26th September. Congratulations Christine and John : Shine on Brightly!

Shine On has in fact undergone a bit of change this time. We are aware that many of you are now on-line, and regularly (some daily), contact the Procol Harum website, Beyond the Pail [sic] at www.procolharum.com. This has resulted in Shine On not receiving any articles from our readers, as most are now going straight to BtP, and we are mindful that those without internet access are missing out.

Gary, John, Jens and Diane recently had a meeting and decided that perhaps the solution was that we continue to mail out to those without internet access, so here we are; but this edition of Shine On is the first that relies on BtP for its content-many thanks Jens and Roland.
