Norway; 'Here's a 2LP compilation released by PAIR RECORDS, INC, New
Jersey, USA 1983: catalogue no CRPDL2-1020. It's actually the
Grand Hotel album plus Procol's Ninth in exact the
same running order – nothing else. It says 'Procol Harum appears
on Pair Records by special arrangement with Chrysalis Records,
Inc.' but it looks a little obscure.'
