How many gigs did Gary Brooker play, fronting Procol Harum?

BtP's team of researchers is currently hard at work on the Procol Gig Project, compiling a master-list of all known Procol Harum live appearances. For some of the Old Testament gigs in particular, the information we have is incomplete, so we are requesting readers' help to fill in the gaps.

For any of the queries below (they're organised in three sections) either personal reminiscence or a pointer to online documentation (or even both!) would be very welcome and useful.

Section A: Festivals
With some of the festivals, we don't know which day the band played:

* Atlanta International Pop Festival, Middle Georgia Raceway July 1970 -- 3rd, 4th, 5th?
* Progressive Pop Festival 1970, Sporthalle, Cologne, Germany April 1970 -- 3rd or 4th?
* Reading Festival August 1974 -- 23rd, 24th, 25th?

For two possible gigs we have only a year and a city

Did these really take place and, if so, on what dates? There seem to have been no other gigs in Bedford or Waterbury in any year.
