Procol Harum : 'Live at the Union Chapel'

I have had the honor of receiving the new Procol Harum DVD and believe that I must be the first in my country to get it.

Lo primero que me impresiono desde el primer dia que tuve noticia de este concierto, fue el lugar donde se iba a efectuar, me pareció, fantastico, una Capilla, muy bonita, por las fotos que vi, tengo que decir que las imagenes alli tomadas son increibles, pues le dan a la musica de PH, mas grandiosidad y nada puede distraer la atencion de los espectadores.

The first thing that impressed me since I first heard about this concert was that it was going to be held in a chapel. By the illutrations that I have seen it is very beautiful and the photos taken there are incredible. The site adds grandeur to the music of PH and there is nothing to distract the attention of the audience.

Sobre el sonido creo que si sonaba tal como suena en el DVD, los que asistieron al concierto tuvieron mucha suerte, perfecto.

As for the sound – I reckon that if the show actually sounded like what we hear on the DVD, those who were present were very lucky – perfect!

Las canciones ofrecidas por el grupo, me parece que ganan en matices segun el tiempo transcurrido desde la formacion de esta banda, ya que a cada tema, le dan un toque muy personal, aunque me parece percibir, al escuchar interpretar las nuevas canciones, del CD, The Well's on Fire, en directo, estas son las que ganan mas, pues, estas nacieron con esta formacion y sen han echo parte de todos ellos.

The songs that the group plays have grown in stature in the time that has passed since the formation of the band. Each theme is given a very personal touch. And it even seems to me that on listening to the new songs from The Well's On Fire that they gain the most (in stature) because they were born of the current line-up and have become a part of all of them.

No sabría que temas destacar de todos los interpretados, aunque como sabeis, que para mi siempre hay uno especial...exacto ese.

I wouldn't know which themes speak loudest to particular fans, but you already know that for me there is one special theme ... a perfect one!

Larga vida a Procol Harum y a todos sus fans.
