The Committal was verbal, but the flower-strewn coffin remained in the room;
Messrs Clapton, Fairweather Low and Stainton performed Smile (by Charlie Chaplin), Tears in Heaven (Eric Clapton),
and Will the Circle be Unbroken? (Carter family version). EC sang the first two, and played acoustic rhythm guitar;
AFL sang the third (helped by the congregation), and played acoustic lead guitar; CS played digital piano.
Ray Charles was playing as we left the chapel.
