Following an exceptionally busy musical Christmas (including an orchestral Conquistador to a huge crowd at a Jasper Carrott special) Gary Brooker sends a special greeting to all online Procol people for the year 2002!

Dear friends,

As we say good-bye to the past year with its highs – Procol Harum in Kremlin, Manchester, etc., and the lows – Sept 11, and a final tragedy in Peru – for me, a New Years Eve with the best rock & blues I've played with No Stiletto Shoes plus Eric Clapton and Paul Carrack was a blessing. I'm sure most of us feel lucky to have got through 2001 unscathed!

A special thanks from all of Procol to Roland & Jens for making BtP such a warm home for all visitors, and to Diane, John & Christine for their undying support.

Let's hope & pray that 2002 settles down for everybody and that more concerts, get-togethers, and recordings come to fresh fruition.
