BJ Wilson on record with Bruce Stephens

'I have been meaning to contact you for some time regarding an album I have had in my collection for several years on which B J Wilson plays drums, and which I cannot see on your list of his recordings. It is by Bruce Stephens, who was a member of Blue Cheer in the late sixties. This particular album is called Watch That First Step. The copy I have is on the Strawberry Label (SRLP104) issued in Norway in 1981, and I would think was recorded around that time. There is a sticker attached to the front to the effect that the album included members of Procol Harum, Steve Miller Band and Stoneground. The album consists mostly of covers and  B J plays on at least 7 of the 9 tracks. His drumming is unmistakeable at times. Thought you might be interested. Keep up the fine work!'
