Deceased Irish blues guitarist-vocalist who had considerable power trio success in the 1970s including an appearance (as Taste) at the Isle of Wight festival in 1970. Played on Gary Brooker's Echoes in the Night album.

Original Genesis lead singer Ronnie Carryl sang back up on GB solo track of The Long Goodbye. Phil Collins plays on Gary Brooker's Lead Me to The Water album. A live version [fast punk style] of A Whiter Shade of Pale by Peter Gabriel is known to circulate on bootlegs.

Some of us might find a similarity of the Genesis song That's All to the chorus of Milk of Human Kindness. The Procol Repertoire CD notes also suggest that the manner of going 'hah' of Gary Brooker in Shine on Brightly was an influence on Phil Collins's use of this nuance.
