The weather was perfect for a festival, clouds with sunny spells. Wishbone Ash appeared before Procol Harum and Bonnie Tyler afterwards. I didn't stay for Herbert Grönemeyer. Procol's fantastic set went down very well with the packed audience. Gary pointed out that it was an absolute pleasure to play for us and it showed! Some great Whitehorn solos in Businessman, Devil and The Only One. Bacon was a great opener! (thanks, Heidi) |
