In the festival compound, old friends are reunited
Roland and Jens with Prof. François Courvoisier, lately arrived
in Finland from Switzerland;
two Procol Harum tee-shirts and one promoting The Cavern in Liverpool
Linda relaxes with Timo 'Juice' Huhtala, cinematographer from Helsinki ... who
had showed the Bristolian
travellers some fascinating off-beat regions of his city the day before
(thanks, Juice!)
Spencer Davis singing with The Animals ... however the most exciting player on this stage is Mickey Gallagher, organist (and hero from The Blockheads)
Now John Magner comes on stage to set up Procol's gear
All seems to be normal as he fettles Gary Brooker's piano pedals
And Procol Harum take the stage in apparently good spirits: the excellent Geoff Dunn on drums
Business as usual for Geoff Whitehorn and Matt Pegg
At the piano, however, Gary Brooker is holding himself stiffly and is in evident pain when he sings
Linda's nifty lens allows her some good shots of Geoff
