Procol Harum at Basel, 18 June, 2005

Just a short story: when I was 14 years old I borrowed Procol Harum LPs from my school teacher. Since then (1975) I'm big fan of PH. 2005 I call to the same teacher from the early schooldays and ask him if he want to see PH with me live and he said yes. Yesterday we went together after 30 years since my first contact with the group called PH in Pratteln to see this wonderful concert.

First happy birthday again for Gary (what a power this man has). Second congratulations for the marvellous band he formed. Third I'm sad to see that not a lot people went to Pratteln to see PH better then ever (you don't know what you missed). We should do more advertisement for the Group.

Now some words to say from the concert we did see: I think there is not possible to do it better. Songs like Fresh Fruit, Whaling Stories, Cerdes and Something Following Me sound even better then on the record. Wonderful. (To Gary: why do you don't do a Blues record, your voice is great).

To my teacher: thank you for borrow me the records. To Gary: thank you for the music. To Procol Harum : thank to enrich my life. Charles from Zürich.
