Booking tickets for the Festival

Gary's office is encouraging us all to buy tickets through the following contact, which will allow the Festival Charities to save a 10% fee which otherwise has to be paid to the booking agencies.

Please send Sterling bank drafts or Sterling cheques (payable to 'Guildford Arts Consortium') together with a stamped, self-addressed envelope and your precise requirements to Colin Callegari, Treasurer, Guildford Arts Consortium, 18 Warren Road, Guildford, Surrey GUI 2HB, UK [telephone (0)1483 569490].

By booking in advance fans also save money ourselves (prices will be 3 pounds higher on the day) and we help the organisers to estimate audience size and get the level of infrastructure (loos, food-stalls etc) right. Please note that credit cards cannot be used for paying by this method. You can e-mail Colin for guidance but he is understandably not able to issue tickets until he has your Sterling in his possession.
