Enormously successful pioneers of mainstream rock bombast.

Their Bohemian Rhapsody shared the Ivor Novello award in 1977 for the best song of the last twenty five years with A Whiter Shade of Pale. Both songs feature the word 'fandango' which is unusual to say the least.

According to Gary, Queen guitarist Brian May has indicated that the concept of Bohemian Rhapsody was inspired by Whaling Stories.
