The TV advert that may have started it all, musically that is. The Bach air so deftly reified into its current form
was the theme music for the Hamlet Cigar advertisement of late 1966 into '67

Brooker states that it was here that the first germs of Bach were born, later to be renovated and
re-written by Fisher, very well-versed in that classical discipline.
