Martin Clare adds:
Re the inclusion of Swing Low, Sweet Chariot in this set-list, it might be worth explaining to non-Rugby-fans (and I suspect there are a few such who visit BtP!) that the song has over the last few years become an unofficial England Rugby Union anthem, and is hollered out in Rugby clubs and [other] places where they sing whenever England take the field.

And to say that England had just won 'a Rugby trophy' is a bit like saying that in 1967 Procol Harum released 'a not unsuccessful single' - it was only the quadrennial world cup, after all - but maybe I'll let that pass ...

A great concert in the old "Gewerkschaftshaus". The house was full with people and it was great fun for the audience and also the band. During a little "Autogramm" hour after the concert all the members sang with the fans an a capella Swing Low. During the concert Gary alluded to the death of John F Kennedy, 40 years ago. Thanks to Procol Harum to this great concert and please come back ! (thanks, Mario)
