Procol Harum at Bramhall, UK

22 June 2002

A standing audience on the little dance-floor, between the stage and the long tables (see here for
a sense of
the curious arrangement of the marquee where the gig took place)

View from sound-desk, looking down the long rows of drinkers' tables

Two Matthews

The band had endured a very ling wait as previous attractions over-ran but they betrayed no frustration once they took the stage

The flaming 'Burger King' shirt remained popular – with its wearer

It was hot under all those lights

Mark Brzezicki was rarely picked out with enough light to get a decent shot on this primitive camera

Jutta Beudel gets a good view of the stage ... also (slightly) in view, Carrie and John Maun

The show overruns, but is eventually concluded after complaints from people living nearby

A special hand for Matthew Fisher ... whose Separation has been a highlight of the show for many

It's anyone's guess what Geoff Whitehorn is doing in this picture

Goodbye!
